Claire skated recreationally as a child and started lessons at age 52. She is working on testing skating skills, singles, pattern dance (solo and partnered) and free dance (solo and partnered) and has a goal of becoming a multi-gold medalist. Claire has been teaching at the Skating School in Bloomington for two years and is excited for her first year as a LTS instructor with SISC this season. She loves working with skaters of all ages to teach the foundational skills necessary for a lifetime of joy on the ice. She also serves as the Test Chair for SISC and will start working on her judging credentials next season.
